This vegetable known as Indian spinach (pasala Kirai) . It contains vitamins such as A,B,C, potassium , magnesium and iron.

Now we look into benefit of Indian spinach :

Now i would like to share fried rice with Indian Spinach
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1  small bowl Indian spinach
  • 5 small onion
  • 4 garlic
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 small bowl fresh fried prawn or  fried anchovies (ikan bilis)
  • oil
method
  • Fry onion , garlic  and green chilies .
  • Add the veg  and sprinkle with  some water .
  • Add rice , then add fried anchovies or fried prawn .
  • And then add some salt according to your taste .
