Recipe.......Stir fry mung bean sprouts
ingredients
1 cup mung bean sprouts
3 small onion
2 garlic
1 green and red chili
1 teaspoon soy source
1 tablespoon cooking oil
few drops sesame oil
few drops sesame seeds
pinch sugar
pinch salt

Method
1.wash and drain mung bean sprouts. Trimming the end if desired.
2.Add oil, after heated add onion follow by garlic ,chili.
3.Then add mung bean sprouts,stir.
4.Add soy source,sugar ,salt sesame seeds and sesame oil.
Ready to serve.

Note: You also can add prawns or tofu according to your taste.

Once cool enough, you  can apply this water on your hair.After 30 minutes wash with mild shampoo.You can practice 2 times a week.

First resipe............Bubur mug bean.
Ingredients
2 cups of Mung bean  ( after wash and clean)
5 cups of water
3 cups of coconut milk
1 pandan / Pandan essence
2 cups of black sugar
1 pinch of salt

Method:


First Mung bean add with 5 cups of water , pandan leaf , salt and cook until become soft.
After that add black sugar  and coconut milk .
Then,wait for first boil.
You can stop the fire.
You can serve hot or cold.



Note: In Malaysia some of them will add fruits such as banana, Jack fruit, durian  in bubur Mug bean.
Some of them will consume with bread.



2nd resipe........Jelly Mug bean

Ingredients
1 pkt jelly
750 ml milk
250 ml water
200 gm sugar or according to your taste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 spoon strawberry paste ( You  also can choose with you own idea)
150 gm Mug bean wash clean and soak in the water for 1/2 hrs.
few drops pink colour ( you also can choose you desired colour)

Method:

First cook Mug bean until soft and wait until became cool.
After cool, blender Mung bean with add some water.
Then boil jelly after the jelly become melted add milk,sugar, salt and blended Mug bean., with slow fire.
After that add strawberry paste. If you want you can add some pink colour.
You transfer the ingredients to small pattern container.Or whatever pattern you desired.
once cool you can transfer to refrigerator.
You can serve cold or room temperature..
