This is due to the presence of certain plant nutrients known as flavonoids in cocoa. The amount of catechins  a class of flavonoids in dark chocolate is estimated to be 4 times greater than in tea, according to a review study published in the “American Journal of Clinical Nutrition”. Flavonoids possess antioxidant properties which stifle the oxidation of ‘bad’ cholesterol (low-density lipoprotein). This cholesterol is responsible for cardiovascular diseases such as stroke. It is worthwhile to note that the darker the chocolate, the higher the amount of flavonoids.

Ingredients


2 eggs
1 cup ( 220 g) sugar
1 cup ( 110 g) all purpose flour
6 teblespoons unsweetened cococa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2/3 cup (160 ml ) milk
2/3 cup (150 g) butter
4 oz (120 g ) semisweet chips( optional )
method
  •  Preheat oven to 350 deg F (Gas mark 4 or 180 deg C).
  • Grease 6 extra large muffin tins or cups (paper muffin bake cups are recommended) or 12-15 medium cups.
  • Beat the eggs with sugar, mix with flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla and milk.
  • Fold in the melted butter.
  • Add chocolate chips; coat them with flour before mixing into the batter.
  • Bake at 350 degrees until a until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes for XL muffins, about 20 minutes for medium size muffins.
The Chocolate Muffins may be served hot or at room temperature.

1 cup sugar

and then mix together all the ingredient above,in a plastic container.Apply the paste on your wet body.let it be dry for 10 min.take shower.Following day you can feel the difference on your skin.(can use fine sugar for children)

Today i am going to give a recipe :Chicken turmeric and honey.

                                       


Ingredients:
1 lb chicken wings (middle section)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
2 inches ginger (skin peeled)
Method:
Prepare the ginger by pounding with a mortar and pestle or grinding with small food processor. Extract the juice by squeezing with your hand and discard the ginger.
Marinate the chicken wings with the ginger juice and all the seasonings above for 1-2hours. Grill or bake them in oven (at 375 degree F) for 20-25 minutes until cooked or golden brown. Serve hot.

  • 2 medium onion cut into round shape
  • 3/4 cup all- purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2/3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups fine dry breadcrumbs 
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning blend old Bay
  • cooking oil

now the method

-oven preheat 450F
-cut both ends onions and peel.slice 1/2 inch thick slices.keep in one bowl cover with cold water.
- 2nd bowl mix flour with baking powder
-3rd bowl beat eggs
-4 rd bowl mix dry breadcrumbs and seasoning

now

-remove the water from the onion and letting any excess drip off.
-coat in flour,shaking of excess.
-dip in egg and let any excess drip off.
-then coat breadcrumbs mixture,shaking  of any excess.
-place on the prepared baking sheets.
-coat onion rings with cooking spray (cooking oil) 
-Bake for 10 minutes

how to prepare hair oil                                          
  • 1 liter pure coconut oil
  • 50 gm curry leaves
  • 50 gm indian gooseberry
  • one  thick bottomed pan
  • strainer
  • a big jar bottle to store the oil.
  • take a pan and pour the coconut oil and get heated for some time. Now add the green leaves and add  the indian gooseberry already remove the seed ,stir the mixture.Heat on low flame about a hour.this will help the oil to absorb  all the goodness of the ingredients  After that switch off the heat and let the mixture cool and transfer to bottle.

then blender everything add salt according to your taste.
