Facial exercise or Facial yoga .



Everyday exercise your various facial muscles you can ensure :-
  • support your facial skin to remain firm and prevent sagging.
  • increasing blood flow and circulation through these muscles help counteract wrinkles

Note:-
Most recommendations call for repeating each exercise 10 times, at least twice a week, for noticeable results.





Step 1 - Neck exercise helps to reduce double chin and firming and toning the area
